After installing 4 grab bars in their bathrooms, my wonderful Culver City clients called me back to install this 3-steps black iron handrail at their concrete front steps entrance of their Culver City house.
I also installed another 3-steps black iron handrail at the back wooden stairs. I always seal the post base with some silicone gel to prevent any water from entering getting into the screw holes which could cause dry-rot and weaken the installation.
