I installed grab bars in this luxury rental apartment. In order to install grab bars in a rental apartment I require that the owner or the landlord send me a signed authorization to drill in the tile walls or in the drywall. I also ask that the agree that I will not be responsible for the removal of the grab bars in Beverly Hills or in Santa Monica or anywhere else in Los Angeles and that I will be responsible for the repair of the tile or of the drywall after the removal of the grab bars in Sherman oaks or in Studio City or anywhere else in Los Angeles.
